Arts Company For all custom made original masks and custom fitted clown noses; we work with you until we are both satisfied and the fit is to your liking. Shipping fees will apply. For original custom made masks, you approve each stage of the creation of your mask, 1. design, 2. sculpture, 3. finishing and 4. fitting. There are no refunds or exchanges. For all stock masks, Commedia dell'Arte
masks, neutral and metaphyscial masks, any flaws in workmanship we will
gladly fix what is ever wrong with your mask or exchange your mask with
a new mask if needed. You must notify us by email or mail with in 5 days
of receiving your masks of any problem. Please feel free to call us with
